Mission and Vision

Mission

• To ensure the effective, transparent, and impartial implementation of Erasmus+ mobility projects within our University,
• To promote the participation of students and staff in mobility programs by establishing bilateral cooperation agreements,
• To coordinate and support the educational activities of incoming international students and staff,
• To provide comprehensive information in Turkish and foreign languages for prospective international students regarding application procedures,
• To offer guidance and support services to international students during the registration process,
• To prepare brochures and informational materials for international students,
• To provide information on campus facilities, accommodation, dormitories, and healthcare services, and to organize orientation programs,
• To guide newly arriving international students through residence permit application procedures and support them in their processes at the Provincial Directorate of Migration Management,
• To ensure that academic representatives responsible for international students are appointed in all faculties, institutes, and vocational schools, and to facilitate coordinated solutions to students’ academic and administrative issues through these representatives,
• To organize social, cultural, and artistic activities for international students,
• To promote Türkiye and Kütahya through various social and cultural events,
• To support students in joining student clubs by introducing them to student community representatives during registration, based on their interests and abilities,
• To announce all activities through the websites of both our University and our Center.

Vision

• To contribute to the development of an international campus environment aligned with the Bologna Process by ensuring a high level of participation in EU education programs,
• To become a higher education institution that is widely preferred by international students, recognized globally, and respected for the value of its diploma.
