Online Information Meeting Held for Erasmus+ KA171 Student Learning Mobility Participants

An online information meeting was held on May 22, 2026, at 2:30 PM regarding the final evaluation results of the 2024 Erasmus+ KA171 Student Mobility for Studies Program.

During the meeting, Dr. Berrin Demir, Assistant Director of the center, provided participants with comprehensive information about the final evaluation results and the subsequent stages of the Erasmus+ KA171 Student Mobility for studies.

Students received detailed guidance on the preparations and documentation required before participating in their mobility activities. Particular emphasis was placed on the preparation of Learning Agreements, and participants were informed about the procedures and requirements for completing these documents accurately and on time. The session also covered visa application procedures and other administrative requirements that students must fulfill prior to their departure abroad. In addition, detailed information was provided regarding grant payment procedures and financial matters related to the mobility program.

The meeting concluded with an interactive question-and-answer session, during which students had the opportunity to seek clarification on various aspects of the mobility process. The event aimed to ensure that participants begin their Erasmus+ mobility experience in a well-informed and well-prepared manner.
