Applications to the University as an international student candidate must be made individually through the center's website (ulmer.dpu.edu.tr). In order to complete the application, the application and evaluation fee (2,500 TL) must be paid via the online banking system during the login to the application system. (This fee has been determined by the relevant boards of the University. The fee received is non-refundable under any circumstances.)
Candidates who have completed their high school education in Turkish high schools or have studied a portion of it in Turkish high schools are required to take the YKS (Higher Education Institutions Exam). Such applications will not be accepted during this application period.
In order to apply, the necessary documents for the application must be uploaded online to the application system. A candidate can make a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 5 preferences. Applications with missing documents will not be evaluated. If the candidate is accepted to the University, the originals of all uploaded documents and the documents requested in the acceptance letter will be required from the candidate during registration at the University.

The University registration of candidates who do not come to our Center within the specified dates and do not have a valid visa will not be processed.
It is mandatory for the candidate to come for registration in person. Candidates who cannot come in person may also complete their registration through a person they authorize via a Turkish Notary and/or Turkish Consulates. Registration procedures are carried out by the Center.
