Outgoing Student Information Meeting Held for Erasmus+ Mobility Participants

Within the scope of the 2025 Project Period (Project No. 2025-1-TR01-KA131-HED-000315578), an Outgoing Student Information Meeting was held on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at 2:00 PM in Room A-217 on the second floor of Block A of the School of Foreign Languages for students who will participate in Erasmus+ mobility during the 2026–2027 Academic Year (Fall and Spring Semesters).

The meeting was conducted face-to-face and delivered by Lecturer Elif Körpe and Dr. Bahar Yolvermez, coordinators responsible for Erasmus+ KA131 student mobility for studies. During the session, students received comprehensive information about the procedures, preparations, and required documentation related to their Erasmus+ mobility process.

Particular emphasis was placed on the preparation of Learning Agreements, with detailed guidance provided on how to complete the documents accurately and efficiently. Students were also informed about visa application procedures and other administrative requirements that must be completed prior to their departure abroad. In addition, the grant payment process was explained in detail, and students had the opportunity to ask questions during an interactive question-and-answer session.

At the end of the meeting, a survey was conducted as part of the quality improvement efforts of the Higher Education Quality Council of Türkiye (YÖKAK) to gather feedback from participants. The survey results indicated that the meeting contributed positively to students’ motivation and preparedness for Erasmus+ mobility.

The meeting aimed to ensure that students begin their Erasmus+ journey in a well-informed and well-prepared manner, thereby supporting a smoother and more successful mobility experience.
