Erasmus+ Information Sessions Held as Part of ErasmusDays 2026
As part of ErasmusDays 2026, the International Relations Office and International Student Coordination Application and Research Center (ULMER) at Kütahya Dumlupınar University organized information sessions on the Erasmus+ programme at the Faculties of Sport Sciences and Fine Arts on 15–16 October 2026.
During the sessions, participants received general information about the aims and scope of the Erasmus+ programme and the international learning opportunities it offers to students. The sessions highlighted the programme’s benefits in enabling students to experience different academic and cultural environments, improve their foreign language skills, and gain international experience.
The presentations covered various aspects of the programme, including the Erasmus+ foreign language examination, application requirements, application and evaluation procedures, student selection criteria, and important considerations before and during the mobility period. Students’ questions regarding the participation process were also addressed.
The events also featured experience-sharing sessions with students from Somalia and Kazakhstan who came to Kütahya Dumlupınar University under the Erasmus+ KA171 programme, as well as students who had previously participated in the Erasmus+ programme. The students shared their academic and cultural experiences gained through international mobility and discussed how the programme had contributed to their personal development and understanding of different cultures. These first-hand accounts gave participants an opportunity to learn more about the Erasmus+ programme through the experiences of fellow students.
